The Village of Trempealeau is requesting proposals for energy audit and building upgrade assessment services for our municipal buildings and utility facilities.
We are seeking qualified firms to conduct energy audits and identify cost-effective energy efficiency improvements across multiple facilities. The Request for Proposals is attached for your review.
