A message from Trustee Kit Locke:
Administrator Isaac Pooler was one of 24 recipients recognized at the Rising Stars Under 40 Reception at the La Crescent Area Event Center in La Crescent, MN, on October 14, 2026. The River Valley Media Group and the 7 Rivers Alliance partnered to honor exceptional young professionals and community leaders across the 14-county region and to celebrate their impact on area communities.
Present to support Isaac at the event were his wife, Vanessa; Village President Jeff Barry; and Village Trustees Peggy Sieger and Kit Locke.
Trempealeau was well represented among the honorees. Haley Allen, a Trempealeau native, daughter of Eddie and Annie Allen of Trempealeau, and owner of Handled by Hailstorm of La Crosse, was also recognized. Napela Shim of Johns, Flaherty & Collins, a Trempealeau resident and granddaughter of Trustee Peggy Sieger, was recognized as well.
Congratulations to Isaac, Haley, and Napela on your contributions to the region, and to Isaac for his service as our Village of Trempealeau Administrator.
