Dog License

All dog license applications may be submitted to:

PO Box 247
Trempealeau WI 54661.

Forms may be mailed with fees or you may contact the Village Office to arrange drop off of form and fees and pick-up of tags. Please submit completed application for license along with copy of current rabies showing vaccination number and expiration of rabies. Village residents may have up to 3 dogs in their possession. For more than 3 dogs, a Kennel License must be held. To be issued a Kennel License, owner will need to have an approved Conditional Use Permit on file with the Village. Application fee for a Conditional Use Permit is $500. Once approved; dog owner will need to apply for a Kennel License which will be approved annually by the Board pending no violations per the Conditional Use Permit.
