Attention TMU Customers:

We’re transitioning from PSN for utility payments. Our new customer portal, Our Community Connect, is active. Sign up here. The last day PSN will allow payments will be Tuesday April 30, 2024.

You can still enjoy our Automatic ACH payment option, free of charge, just fill out the ACH Application Form and return it to the office. Or pay by check, cash at Village Hall, or use the drop box. If you are a customer who already has an existing ACH Auto Draft agreement currently filed with the Village office no further action needs to be taken.

Even if you choose another payment method, you can still sign up for the new customer portal to view past usage and billing amounts graphically.

Fees for the new payment site:

  • e-check: $1.00 per transaction
  • Credit/debit card: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
