We want to inform you of an error that impacted a limited number of customers who had new water meters installed in our service area. Specifically, some meters were programmed to record usage in hundred-gallon units rather than thousand-gallon units, which in some cases resulted in higher usage readings and billing overages.
What You Need to Know:
-All accounts are being reviewed and adjusted prior to any billing due date.
-Credits and corrections are being applied in real time and will reflect accurately before any automatic payments (auto-drafts) are processed.
-There is no action required on your part at this time.
